Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Interest in teaching healthcare topics and providing individualized career navigation support.
- Experience with adult multilingual learners preferred.
- Current Maine CHRC fingerprinting or willingness to acquire.
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lesson plans and materials.
- Incorporate digital literacy to support learning.
- Monitor attendance and student progress; adjust plans as needed.
- Maintain records of student progress.
- Assign and grade class work and assessments.
- Manage classroom structure and policies.
- Respond to staff and student communications promptly.
- Be on-site during teaching hours when required.
- Provide career support and referrals.
- Track program outcome data.
- Participate in curriculum development meetings.
- Attend regular staff meetings.
