Job summary

Advocate Health is offering an Administrative Internship to graduate students pursuing a Healthcare Administration degree. The position provides practical work experience across system Administration and Operations, with opportunities to observe and contribute to multiple departments.

The role is remote (work from home) with 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, from May 31, 2027 to August 6, 2027; remote eligibility includes NC and several other states.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment with graduate level status at a regional accredited college or university, preferably CAHME accredited.
• Interns are expected to be in the process of obtaining a graduate degree.
• GPA of at least 2.5; strong communication and attention to detail; teamwork and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing a diverse portfolio of healthcare projects within Advocate Health.
• Contribute to committee work and project sponsorship needs.
• Develop and present information and research materials; create presentations.
• Support system-wide strategic planning and process improvement initiatives.
