Qualifications

• Current enrollment with junior or senior status at a regionally accredited college/university.
• In progress toward an undergraduate degree.
• GPA of at least 2.5.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Support quality improvement and clinical transformation projects focused on patient outcomes, safety, and operational performance.
• Assist with collecting, organizing, and analyzing quality data and developing reports/dashboards.
• Help with project planning, documentation, and status tracking.
