Advocate Health is offering an Administrative & Operational internship based in the Greater Charlotte area. The role runs May 31, 2027 through August 6, 2027, with up to 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, on-site.

Interns gain exposure to system administration, healthcare projects, and strategy development across multiple departments. Current students pursuing a degree in Healthcare Leadership, Administration, Public Health, or related fields are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment with junior or senior status at a regionally accredited college or university.
• GPA of at least 2.5.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities.

Responsabilités

• Assist in managing a diverse portfolio of healthcare projects and contribute to project progress and sponsor needs.
• Become part of the work unit team and use internal/external resources to achieve goals.
• Help build healthcare management skills and collaborate with physicians and staff across Advocate Health.
• Support in developing programs, processes, or applications and maintain presentations.
