Job summary

Pursuit is seeking a Partnership Consultant for Healthcare & Education Services. This role is fully remote with occasional travel and must live in California.

You’ll manage complex, consultative sales with hospital and behavioral health partners, build leadership relationships, and drive new partnerships through a structured sales process, educating decision-makers on solutions for student academic and mental wellness needs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Account Executive experience in healthcare or behavioral health.
• Experience selling services to hospital leadership (CEO, CFO, CNO) or equivalent.
• Ability to operate in a structured, metrics-driven sales environment.
• Willingness to travel periodically for conferences/events.
• Must reside in California, preferably Northern California.

Responsibilities

• Manage a complex, consultative sales process with healthcare and behavioral health partners.
• Build relationships with hospital leadership teams.
