Job summary

Baptist Health Medical Group is seeking a Coordinator to collaborate with the Access Team and assist with schedule templates, onboarding, and analytics for patient access initiatives. This role supports technology advancement projects and team communications while travel to Baptist Health facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may offset education requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio.
• SharePoint knowledge would be a bonus.
• Epic Cadence knowledge preferred; familiarity with scheduling workflows.
• Excellent oral and written communication and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with schedule builds and template development for providers and practices.
• Maintain Epic security levels for practice teams.
• Onboard providers with appropriate schedule templates.
• Participate in analytics, reviews, and projects related to access workflows.
• Plan and oversee trainings and tools for Access Team programs and initiatives.
• Prepare agendas for project meetings and support team events.
