Job summary

BHMG Baptist Health Medical Group Inc. is seeking a remote Coordinator to support the Access Team in achieving patient access goals. The role includes assisting with schedule builds, Epic Cadence templates, provider onboarding, and coordinating technology initiatives.

You will help plan project meeting agendas, manage communications, and support analytics and workflows that improve access to care. Travel to Baptist Health facilities statewide is possible, with Louisville as the primary

Qualifications

Prefer Bachelor’s Degree; equivalent and relevant experience may offset some educational requirements.
Mandatory previous experience working in a physician practice or familiarity with provider schedule templates and scheduling workflows.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio; SharePoint knowledge would be a bonus.
Epic Cadence knowledge preferred; experience with Epic scheduling is a plus.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, to include outstanding business writing skills.

Responsibilities

Assist with schedule builds and onboarding templates.
Maintain Epic Cadence security levels for practice teams and scheduling templates.
Work with practices to ensure onboarding providers have appropriate schedule template builds.
Partner with team members on tasks related to technology advancements and analytics.
Plan and oversee new hire trainings and tools for Access Team programs and initiatives.
Develop agendas for project meetings and assist with planning team events.
