Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; healthcare/physician practice exposure preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio; SharePoint knowledge a bonus; Epic Cadence knowledge preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication; ability to develop professional PowerPoint presentations from data.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and multitasking skills; ability to work with limited supervision.
• Willingness to travel to Baptist Health Medical Group facilities statewide; primarily remote work from Louisville area.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Access Team to support patient access initiatives and goals.
• Assist with schedule builds and maintenance of Epic security levels for practice teams.
• Help onboarding providers with schedule template builds and related training/tools.
• Support analytics, reviews and tasks related to system utilization and referral management.
• Create project meeting agendas and assist with team events and planning.
