Job summary

LifePlan Nutrition, a Roswell, GA based medical practice, seeks a Certified Wellness Coach to build a new program as a 1099 contractor. Will deliver care via virtual and live weekly classes and individual coaching, monitored by the medical team. Part-time with growth to full-time for top performers.

The role supports a collaborative, patient-centered approach in a multidisciplinary setting with a focus on gut health and nutrition.

Qualifications

• Certified Wellness Coach with NBHWC or equivalent certification.
• Experience in weight management and behavior change.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary medical team.

Responsibilities
