Job summary

The Health Management Academy is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead implementation and adoption across Provelle health-system customers. This is a senior individual-contributor role focused on getting complex health systems live and integrating Embley into managers' day-to-day work, with executive sponsorship support.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex healthcare or enterprise technology implementations.
• Direct work with health systems in SaaS or related environments.
• Ability to drive adoption beyond go-live and demonstrate value to sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Health-system implementations end-to-end from handoff to go-live and adoption.
• Drive frontline adoption and create programs that enable behavior change.
• Build credibility with executive nursing leaders and IT partners.
• Define success plans and monitor customer engagement and health metrics.
• Facilitate trainings, launches, and ongoing support during major deployments.
• Identify issues early and coordinate across product, engineering, sales and stakeholders.
• Develop a scalable customer-success operating system and playbooks.
• Capture the voice of the customer to inform product decisions.
