Job summary

Cytovale, a leader in IntelliSep sepsis detection, seeks a Customer Success Executive to own enterprise-scale implementations across health systems. You will lead governance, align internal and customer teams, manage risks, and drive successful outcomes.

As a senior leader, you will coordinate Medical Affairs, Field Application Scientists, Data Science, Sales, and Service teams, ensuring readiness and execution across multiple concurrent workstreams with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, life sciences, nursing, business, engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years leading enterprise healthcare technology implementations and customer success leadership.
• Experience implementing complex medical technologies in acute care hospitals or IDNs.
• Ability to lead cross-functional programs with executive, laboratory, clinical, operational and IT sponsors.
• Excellent presentation, communication, governance and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive relationships with sponsors, laboratory leadership and IT/operational leaders.
• Establish governance structures and communication plans across customer and Cytovale stakeholders.
• Lead executive communications, governance meetings, implementation updates and reviews.
• Own integrated implementation plans and cross-functional workstreams.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation and issue resolution.
• Lead organizational readiness planning and go-live readiness activities.
• Maintain accountability for on-schedule execution and milestone delivery.
