Job summary

VytlOne is seeking a Health System Implementation Program Manager to oversee large-scale pharmacy buildout and services implementations for client partners across the United States. The role manages scope, budget, schedule, vendors, and contractual deliverables, and collaborates with cross-functional leaders to create and execute detailed program plans.

This remote, home-based role requires 5–7 years of project management experience, PMP/CSM preferred, and a proven client-facing track record.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of directly related experience; consulting is a plus.
• Deep experience managing complex and/or transformational programs.
• Strong client-facing skills with executive presence and influence.
• Experience with hospital/pharmacy program implementations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison with leadership to align plans and objectives.
• Create and drive program and project plans across multiple initiatives.
• Develop and maintain RAID logs and cross-functional trackers.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, resource assignment, and risk mitigation.
• Provide status reports and communicate milestones to stakeholders.
