Randstad USA is hiring a customer service professional for a fully remote opportunity within a premier health plan. 12-week paid virtual training and competitive pay at $21.62 per hour.

You will handle member calls, resolve benefits/claims questions, and use Office 365 and Epic/HealthConnect. Residence within commuting distance of Renton or Spokane to pick up equipment is required; a secure home office with high-speed internet is essential for success in this fast-paced role with long-term

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Healthcare/health insurance experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and Epic/HealthConnect.
• Reliable internet and home office setup.
