Job summary

Randstad USA in Corona, CA is hiring Customer Service Representatives to provide high-quality telephone support to health plan members. The role is 100% phone-based, with on-site nesting at the Corona facility and remote work options. You must live within commuting distance and have a quiet home workspace with 20 Mbps internet.

The position operates 24/7/365 with rotating shifts (including weekends) and offers a comprehensive benefits package. Paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Reliable high-speed internet (20 Mbps upload/download) required.
• Excellent verbal communication, typing and multitasking skills.
• Available to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings until 9:30 PM MT.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound calls from plan members with accuracy and empathy.
• Assist members with benefit details, enrollment changes, Medicare inquiries, and premium billing.
• Use multiple computer systems to research information and resolve inquiries on the first call.
• Adequately document all customer interactions in compliance with privacy guidelines.
