Job summary

Medical Mutual is offering a temporary assignment with five days a week remote work. Ideal candidates live within 50 miles of the Brooklyn or Rossford, Ohio offices and will participate in a year-long formal call center training program to handle customer inquiries about the companys health insurance products and services.

Responsibilities include completing training, responding to routine to moderately complex inquiries via telephone, email, chat and in person, and performing other duties as

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Business Administration, Communications or a related field (minimum high school diploma or GED) and experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years of additional customer service experience in Healthcare, Banking, Retail, Hospitality, or related industry, preferably in a contact center.

Responsibilities

• Participates in a phased classroom and on the job training program to learn required knowledge and skills.
• Responds to routine to moderately complex inquiries by phone, email, chat and in person after training.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
