Job summary

Superior Dental Care, Inc. is seeking a Payment Associate Customer Care Specialist (Temporary) to join a formal, year-long call center training program. The role focuses on resolving inquiries regarding health insurance products and services and requires navigating systems in line with quality expectations.

Training runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (EST). The position offers remote work five days a week, with a preference for applicants residing within 50 miles of Brooklyn or Rossford, Ohio

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Business Administration, Communications or related field, or equivalent combination of education/training (minimum high school diploma or GED) and experience.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 2 years of additional customer service experience in Healthcare, Banking, Retail, Hospitality, or related industry, preferably in a contact center.

Responsibilities

• Participates in a phased classroom and on the job training program to learn and apply knowledge and skills.
• Responds to routine to moderately complex inquiries from customers via telephone, written correspondence, email, chat and in person after training.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
