Formación

• 2+ years of B2B, B2C direct marketing or outside sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel locally up to 100% within NY market.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Residence within commuting distance of the target geography.

Responsabilidades

• Enroll eligible members into Essential Plan, Medicaid Managed Care, and Child Health Plus.
• Retail current membership with key accounts (provider offices, CBOs, housing, etc.).
• Present health plan information to providers, advocates, and potential enrollees.
• Meet or exceed sales and enrollment targets within the territory.
• Conduct product information presentations in multiple settings.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Track sales events, leads, and progress in internal systems daily.
• Provide input on promotional opportunities, benefits and issues.
• Stay informed on operations, provider network, premiums, and member services.
