Healthcare.com is seeking a proactive Account Manager to grow and strengthen our network of agency and agent partners for Pivot Health. You’ll focus on increasing engagement, production, and long-term partner value, while navigating insurance products and enrollment tools.

You’ll work remotely, travel ~30% for partner visits and events, and report to the Manager of Sales and Account Services. Strong broker relationships and data-driven strategies are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in account management, partner development, sales, or insurance operations.
• Experience in a B2B insurance distribution model is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Own and grow a portfolio of agency and agent partners, building relationships and identifying opportunities to increase engagement and production.
• Serve as a trusted partner to agencies and agents, helping them navigate Pivot Health products, tools, and processes.
• Proactively engage partners through outreach, agency visits, business reviews, training, and growth conversations.
• Use performance data to understand activity, identify trends, and develop strategies to improve partner production and retention.
• Travel to agency offices, conferences, and partner events to strengthen relationships and support business development.
