Responsabilidades

• Communication: clear, concise business English; explain benefits without jargon; keep accurate electronic notes in systems.
• Customer Service: interact with members, groups, and providers to resolve issues per standards and HIPAA guidelines.

• Problem-Solving/Complaint Resolution: maintain professionalism; resolve with fact-based conclusions; negotiate for conclusive agreement.
• Product Knowledge: become an expert on benefits and eligibility for health insurance plans.
