The Liberty Company Insurance Brokers LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team supporting Securus Benefits. This remote CST role serves members, providers, and client contacts in a call-center environment, with a focus on benefits, eligibility, and claims in health plans.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, 1–2 years of experience in customer service, familiarity with HIPAA, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Familiarity with health plans and benefits administration is a plus.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries from members, providers, and other contacts regarding benefits, eligibility and claims.
• Explain plan details and guide callers through processes.
• Document interactions and outcomes in the system accurately.
• Collaborate with claims, enrollment, and provider relations teams to resolve inquiries.
