You will work remotely, with comprehensive training and access to knowledge bases to drive performance. Eligibility to work in the U.S. is required.

Qualificações

• Experience researching and resolving claims for commercial health, Medicare, and Medicaid.
• Timely follow-up to determine claim status and resolve claims.

Responsabilidades

• Bill and investigate health insurance claims to maximize payments for hospitals and providers.
• Follow up on unresolved claims to facilitate payment for commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid.
• Produce denial reports, audits, and provide overall support to the team.
