Job summary

Revecore is seeking a Health Claims Specialist to bill and investigate health insurance claims for hospitals and providers. You will work to maximize payments from commercial payers, Medicare, and Medicaid while meeting productivity targets.

The position is remote within the United States and includes comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience researching and resolving claims for commercial health, Medicare, and Medicaid
• Familiarity with filing UB04s and HCFA 1500s with subrogation information to payers
• Familiarity with billing health insurance in auto accidents
• Timely follow-up to determine claim status and resolve the claim
• Experience using EPIC
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work across multiple screens and software applications
• Maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment with metrics

Responsibilities

• Bill and investigate health insurance claims to maximize payments for clients
• Follow up on unresolved claims to facilitate payment
• Contribute to denial reports, audits, and provide team support
