Job summary

Revecore is hiring a Health Claims Specialist to bill and investigate health insurance claims for hospitals and medical providers. You will work remotely across the United States, focusing on maximizing payments from commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid payers.

The role requires experience with UB04/HCFA forms, EPIC, and MS Office. Training lasts 8–10 business days and equipment is provided to support you in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience researching and resolving claims for commercial health, Medicare, and Medicaid.
• Familiarity filing UB04s and 1500 HCFA forms with subrogation information to payers.
• Familiarity with billing health insurance as part of auto accidents.
• Conducts timely follow-up to determine claim status and resolve claims.
• Experience working in EPIC.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Bill and investigate health insurance claims to maximize payment for clients.
• Research and resolve denied or pending claims from commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid payers.
• Prepare and file UB04 and 1500 HCFA forms with subrogation data.
• Follow up on outstanding claims and provide necessary information for resolution.
• Utilize EPIC and MS Office to manage workflows and reports.
