Job summary

Revecore is seeking a Health Claims Specialist to bill and investigate health insurance claims for hospitals and medical providers across the U.S., with remote work. You’ll maximize payments from commercial insurers, Medicare and Medicaid, and contribute to denial reports and audits.

Training is comprehensive, equipment is provided, and a collaborative, performance-driven environment supports your success.

Qualifications

• Experience researching and resolving claims for commercial health, Medicare, and Medicaid.
• Filing UB04 and 1500 HCFA forms with subrogation information for payment.
• Familiarity with billing health insurance as part of auto accidents.
• Timely follow-up to determine claim status and resolve the claim.
• Experience working in EPIC.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work across multiple screens and software apps.

Responsibilities

• Bill and investigate health insurance claims to maximize payments for clients.
• Follow up on unresolved claims to facilitate payments from insurers.
• Prepare denial reports, audits, and provide general support.
