Responsibilities

• Guide and assist management on authorization issues across assigned branches.
• Develop and implement plans to meet stated objectives for authorizations.
• Maintain provider manuals, patient information updates, and related logs.
• Ensure authorizations meet established timeframes and customer service guidelines.
