Qualifications

• Ability to commute between locations as needed
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Receive and process ROI requests in accordance with policy and HIPAA
• Maintain patient confidentiality and secure information
• Maintain working knowledge of company software and systems
• Answer inbound/outbound calls and support walk-in patients
• Assist with data entry and administrative duties as needed
• Meet productivity expectations defined by site
