Job summary

Datavant is seeking an entry-level Associate to process all releases of information (ROI), mainly medical record requests. You will safeguard patient privacy, ensure HIPAA compliance, and support multiple platforms while handling high-volume requests.

Training is provided, with equipment and full benefits offered. This role emphasizes accuracy, customer service, and teamwork in a fast-paced healthcare information workflow.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in healthcare environment preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for patient health information in accordance with policies and HIPAA regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of privileged information.
• Respond to requests for patient records from internal and external sources.
• Answer inbound and outbound calls and document requests across systems.
• May assist with administrative duties such as data entry and filing; meet productivity expectations.
