Job summary

GSK is seeking a Health Informatics Manager for field-based coverage across TX, OK, AR, LA, MS, NM, CO, UT. You will partner with health systems and GSK teams to align HIT resources with patient care workflows and EHR environments, and translate data insights into practical opportunities to improve patient identification and care coordination.

You will educate customers on approved EHR-enabled tools, contribute HIT expertise to account planning, and help ensure decisions stay governance‑driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years in health informatics or EHR-related roles.
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and EHR products.

Responsibilities

• Align HIT resources with customer needs and workflows.
• Assess EHR readiness and data insights to identify opportunities that improve patient identification, care delivery, coordination, and efficiency.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled tools and support their evaluation for potential use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement, sharing insights, risks, opportunities, and HIT trends with internal partners.
• Coordinate customer support and provide field input on scalable tools and resources across Market Access.
• Ensure governance, privacy, security, and compliance decisions align with GSK policies.
