Job summary

SCAN Health Plan is seeking a Member Experience Guide to join a remote team spanning AZ, NV, TX, and WA. You will connect with members with empathy, own end-to-end interactions, and resolve inquiries with urgency while guiding them to the right outcome.

In this role you’ll leverage multiple systems, maintain clear communication, and advocate for continuous service improvements. The position offers a base hourly pay of $20, a comprehensive wellness program, PTO, and 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year of customer service in a contact center, healthcare, hospitality, or service environment.
• English proficiency required: read, write, and speak.
• Experience resolving issues across multiple systems and high-volume interactions.
