Job summary

Sharecare is seeking a Certified Health Coach to support members through structured coaching and education, using motivational interviewing to promote healthier behaviors. Remote, full-time role with training and rotating evening shifts.

Responsibilities include inbound/outbound outreach, enrollment, and collaboration with nurses and vendors. Requires NBHWC training and a health-related bachelor’s degree; CHES/NBHWC certification a plus.

Qualifications

• Completed NBHWC certified training program.
• Bachelor's degree in health-related field required.
• Experience delivering coaching via chat is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and documentation software.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound calls to inform and enroll participants in the program.
• Provide individualized behavior change coaching using motivational interviewing.
• Coordinate delivery of services with a multi-disciplinary care team.
• Support operational aspects to meet customer requirements.
• Adhere to schedule and manage caseload for program success.
• Participate in daily/monthly meetings and communicate findings.
