Job summary

Sharecare is seeking a Health Coach to conduct structured, high-engagement coaching calls with program participants. The role involves education, motivation, and supporting behavior change to improve health outcomes, with supervision by an Operations Coach Manager.

Remote, full-time position with shifts between 10:30am–9:00pm CST and every fourth Saturday. Compensation starts at $21.50/hour, up to $25/hour with NBC-HWC or CHES certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field.
• 1-2 years of related experience; customer service preferred.
• Experience with benchmarks and contact center metrics.
• Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to quickly learn lifestyle topics (nutrition, exercise, sleep, etc.).
• Reliable, hard-wired internet connection required.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound calls to inform and enroll participants.
• Provide individualized behavior change coaching using motivational interviewing.
• Coordinate delivery of services with nurses, pharmacists, and vendors.
• Support operational aspects and adhere to schedules and caseloads.
• Participate in daily and monthly meetings; present findings and insights.
• Note progress and measure efficacy of the program.
