Job summary

BayCare is seeking a Customer Communications teammate to provide first-line support and coordinate marketing communications remotely from Florida. The role focuses on answering inquiries, promoting BayCare service lines, and routing requests to appropriate departments.

The candidate should have 2 years of call center or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask across systems while documenting activity. Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of call center or customer service experience required.
• Preferred experience in healthcare, marketing, public relations or social media.
• Must reside in Florida and be able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Handle administrative and system marketing support and serve as initial contact for BayCare marketing activities.
• Manage inbound/outbound communications via phone, website, email, and portals to promote services and referrals.
• Cross-market BayCare services by assessing customer needs and guiding to appropriate offerings.
• Schedule patient appointments and respond to inquiries.
• Support team members and community requests by routing to correct areas.
• Perform other marketing and related duties as assigned.
