• Willingness to work Monday–Friday 10:00am–6:30pm EST.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer support resource for residents, responsible parties, and facility staff regarding account inquiries and billing concerns.
• Collect, review, and verify account information, including billing, insurance, and payer details.
• Process customer payments accurately and follow up to ensure proper posting and resolution.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all customer interactions and account activity.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and company policies.
