Job summary

Luminare Health is seeking a remote Customer Service Associate to respond to inquiries from employees, members, providers and clients, delivering accurate information with kindness. The role requires navigating multiple systems while documenting actions in our software and adhering to company guidelines.

Training lasts 4–6 weeks, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM CST, after which hours vary 7:00 AM–7:00 PM CST with rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high demand, structured service oriented environment.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems while on the phone.
• Must have a private, dedicated workspace with reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephonic, written and electronic inquiries from employees, members, providers and clients.
• Accurately document all inquiries and actions taken using applicable software.
• Seamlessly navigate multiple system applications while on the phone.
• Support training activities during the 4–6 week paid program.
