Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work 9am-5pm EST, Monday to Friday.
• Must live and work in Ohio.
• Reliable home internet with Ethernet connectivity.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone all day.
• Able to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Healthcare/health insurance experience preferred.
• Medicare or Medicaid experience preferred.
• Member services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from CareSource members.
• Help members with questions related to benefits, eligibility, claims, transportation, and other routine healthcare needs.
• Research information and resolve member questions or concerns.
• Navigate multiple computer systems while speaking with members.
• Accurately document calls and member interactions.
• Provide professional, friendly, and helpful customer service.
• Follow CareSource policies, procedures, and HIPAA requirements.
• Follow up on unresolved issues when necessary.
• Maintain dependable attendance and an assigned work schedule.
