Expivia Interaction Marketing Group is hiring full-time Customer Service Representatives to support members with Health Savings Accounts and other healthcare benefit accounts. After three weeks of paid, hands-on training at our Erie, PA office, you’ll work from home, Monday through Friday, with equipment provided.

You’ll handle inbound calls, chats, and emails about balances, transactions, and eligible expenses.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must attend 3 weeks of in-person training at our Erie, PA office.
• Customer service, call center, retail, banking, or healthcare experience preferred, but not required.
• Comfortable using a computer and navigating multiple programs at once.
• Reliable high-speed internet (equipment provided).

• Answer inbound calls from members with questions about Health Savings Accounts, balances, contributions, transactions, eligible expenses, and card questions.
• Help members with related benefit programs (FSAs, HRAs, COBRA).
• Support members through phone, live chat, and email.
• Make follow-up calls and callbacks to resolve open questions.
• Guide members through online account tools and self-service options.
• Document every interaction accurately in our systems.
• Protect members' personal and financial information.
• Deliver a friendly, professional experience on every call.

Customer Service Representative -- Health Benefits (Work From Home)

Location: Erie, PA (3 weeks paid in-office training), then 100% Work From Home

Job Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

Pay: $14.50 -- $16.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday -- Friday only. No weekends! AM and PM shifts available

You'll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice people count on when they have questions about their healthcare dollars. After three weeks of paid, hands-on training at our Erie office, you'll work from the comfort of home, Monday through Friday, and we provide all the equipment you need.

• Protect members' personal and financial information with strict confidentiality
• Deliver a friendly, professional experience on every call

What We're Looking For
