Maximus is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to support the Health Texas project, delivering customer care and enrollment services via telephone, IVR, and web portals. Training is provided at start and completion grants a $1.00 per hour pay increase to base pay.

This is a full-time, hybrid/remote role requiring Texas residency within 70 miles of the Houston metro area. Scheduling runs 8:00am–6:30pm CST, with eight-hour shifts, and Day 1 onsite for equipment training.
