Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of customer service call center experience; or 6 months of customer service in insurance/retail/b banking/healthcare with extensive customer contact; or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as caller's guide and advocate on benefits, claims and eligibility.
• Research and provide accurate, compliant information; tailor communications to caller needs.
• Collaborate with team to improve skills and customer experience.
