Job summary

CCS Medical, Inc. is seeking an Outside Account Executive for the Portland, Oregon area. The role focuses on selling and delivering a portfolio of products to accounts in targeted market segments and contributing to sales goals.

You will develop a business plan for the territory, maintain records of high-volume accounts, and build strong relationships with physicians, nurses, and payers. This is a field-based sales role with emphasis on regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; three years of Sales experience or equivalent combination.
• Two or more years of outside sales experience preferred.
• Uses interpersonal style and communications methods to gain acceptance of products and services.
• Identifies opportunities and builds strategic relationships to achieve business goals.
• Ensures customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to regulations and policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and grows business within an assigned territory by developing a business plan and keeping records of high-volume accounts.
• Exceeds customer expectations by maintaining regular contact with key healthcare decision-makers.
• Promotes brand loyalty by participating in regional professional organizations.
• Demonstrates products and services, managing the full sales process and knowledge of marketing programs.
• Represents CCS Medical with professional conduct and attends conventions and meetings as directed.
• Keeps territory data updated and reports on industry trends, promotion, and competition.
