Job summary

CCS Medical is seeking an Outside Account Executive for the Poughkeepsie, NY area. You will sell and promote a portfolio of medical products to healthcare accounts and work toward sales and profit goals in targeted territories.

The role focuses on building relationships with physicians, nurses, and payers, delivering a comprehensive portfolio, and representing CCS at conventions and meetings. Competitive uncapped commissions are offered along with a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college with three years of sales experience.
• Two or more years of outside sales experience preferred.
• Ability to build strategic relationships across teams and organizations to meet goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to gain acceptance of products and services.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and grows business within an assigned territory by developing a business plan and maintaining records.
• Builds relationships with key healthcare decision-makers and influencers.
• Promotes brand loyalty by joining regional professional organizations serving providers and consumers.
• Manages the full sales process and presents products and programs effectively.
• Represents CCS Medical at events and promotional activities to enhance company image.
• Keeps within budget and reports on territory data and market trends.
• Communicates daily across phone, email, and other channels to report activity and results.
• Gains physician, nurse, and payer recommendations to improve patient access to products.
