Novonesis is seeking a Manager of Technical Service, Ruminant Animal Health to lead the North American team delivering technical expertise across probiotic, enzyme, feed additive, and silage solutions. You will partner with Commercial, Marketing, R&D, Regulatory and Innovation to translate science into customer value.

Qualifications

• PhD or DVM or equivalent advanced degree in related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in animal nutrition, animal health, technical services, research, consulting, or related industries.
• Minimum 5 years of direct leadership experience, including coaching and developing technical professionals.
• Strong understanding of dairy and/or beef production systems.
• Proven ability to partner with commercial organizations to deliver customer value.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead the North American Ruminant Technical Service team and ensure delivery of technical expertise across probiotic, enzyme, feed additive, and silage solutions.
• Develop and execute the North American technical service strategy for ruminant solutions.
• Partner with Sales, Key Account Managers, Marketing, Regulatory, Product Management, and Innovation teams to accelerate growth and customer success.
• Provide executive-level technical support for strategic customer opportunities and complex technical challenges.
• Engage directly with producers, nutritionists, veterinarians, consultants, and industry influencers across North America.
• Oversee technical trials, field validation programs, and research collaborations.
• Monitor industry trends, evolving customer needs, and emerging technologies.
• Represent Novonesis at industry conferences, customer events, and professional associations.
