Job summary

Novonesis is seeking a Manager of Technical Service, Ruminant Animal Health, to lead the North American Ruminant Technical Service team and translate science into customer value. You will guide a team of specialists across probiotic, enzyme, feed additive, and silage solutions while partnering with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Regulatory functions.

You will influence technical strategy, develop talent, and strengthen customer relationships, traveling up to 50% domestically to support opportunities

Qualifications

• PhD, DVM, or equivalent advanced degree in Animal Science, Dairy Science, Ruminant Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in animal nutrition, animal health, technical services, or related industries.
• Minimum 5 years of direct leadership experience coaching and developing professionals.
• Strong understanding of dairy and/or beef production systems.
• Proven ability to partner with commercial organizations to deliver customer value.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead North American Ruminant Technical Service team delivering technical expertise.
• Develop and execute NA technical service strategy for ruminant solutions.
• Engage with producers, nutritionists, veterinarians, and industry influencers.
• Oversee trials, field validation, and research collaborations.
• Represent Novonesis at conferences and industry events.
