Job summary

Novonesis is seeking a Manager of Technical Service, Ruminant Animal Health, to lead the North American team and deliver scientific expertise across probiotic, enzyme, feed additive, and silage solutions. You will guide trials, engage with producers and veterinarians, and shape technical strategy to drive customer success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in animal nutrition, animal health, technical services, research, or consulting.
• Minimum 5 years of direct leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of dairy and/or beef production systems.
• Proven ability to partner with commercial organisations to deliver customer value.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing technical research programs and field trials.
• Background in trial design, execution, and statistical analysis.
• Established industry network among nutritionists, veterinarians, consultants, and producers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Service Specialists and subject matter experts.
• Develop and execute the North American technical service strategy for ruminant solutions.
• Partner with Sales, Key Account Managers, Marketing, Regulatory, Product Management, and Innovation teams to accelerate growth and customer success.
• Provide executive-level technical support for strategic customer opportunities and complex challenges.
• Engage with producers, nutritionists, veterinarians, consultants, and industry influencers across North America.
• Oversee technical trials, field validation programs, and research collaborations.
• Monitor industry trends and evolving customer needs.
• Represent Novonesis at industry conferences, customer events, and professional associations.
