Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a senior product leader to align solution decisions with strategy, maintain a ready backlog, and translate business epics into deliverable features and user stories. You will partner with leadership to roadmap solutions that meet customer needs and maximize value, while guiding cross-functional teams through releases and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, including 2+ years in an AVP level role or external equivalent.
• 5+ years increasing responsibility for product or service development with measurable value.
• 7+ years experience in solution design with heavy UX focus.
• Strong analytical skills to identify persona/outcome combinations for business impact.
• Data engineering experience with logical data models and big data.
• Knowledge of CD/CI pipelines.
• Proficient in application infrastructure, system architecture, and operating systems.
• Experience in stakeholder management and aligning decisions with strategy.
• Excellent communication to convey vision to teams.
• Experience conducting user interviews and research to inform decisions.
• Familiarity with backlog management and prioritization.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies applied to product development.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to backlog dependencies.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams; real estate exp. preferred.

Responsibilities

• Align product decisions with the organization's strategy and communicate the vision to teams.
• Define Epic success criteria and desired outcomes.
• Evaluate, prepare, execute, and deliver Epics, Features, and User Stories.
• Provide solution options balancing capacity and demand.
• Maintain a ready backlog and communicate Acceptance Criteria for Epics.
• Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for their needs.
• Conduct user interviews to understand customer problems.
• Prioritize work according to strategic direction.
• Ensure releases align with the strategic vision.
• Identify risks and manage backlog dependencies.
• Coordinate and participate in product releases and change management.
• Prepare, organize, and communicate release notes to clients or users.
• Create and monitor metrics to improve processes or verify progress.
• Mentor and train team members as needed.
