Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking an experienced product leader to ensure solution decisions align with strategy and shepherd Epics, Features, and User Stories from concept through delivery for our real estate clients. This role requires vision, collaboration, and a strong metrics-driven approach.

You will maintain a ready backlog, articulate the strategic vision to Delivery Teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to balance capacity and demand while driving measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 8+ years in industry with 2+ years AVP-level or external equivalent.
• Minimum of 7 years in solution design with full stack development focus on End User usability and UX.

Responsibilities

• Align product decisions with organizational strategy and communicate the strategic vision to teams.
• Define Epic success criteria and desired outcomes.
• Evaluate, prepare, execute, and deliver Epics, Features, and User Stories.
• Provide solutions balancing capacity and demand.
• Maintain a ready backlog with Acceptance Criteria aligned to Epics.
• Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for their needs.
• Conduct user interviews to understand customer problems.
• Validate alignment between releases and strategic vision.
• Identify risk and impediments between backlog items and manage them.
• Coordinate and participate in product releases and change management.
• Prepare, organize, and communicate release notes to clients or internal users.
• Create and monitor metrics to improve processes.
• Mentor and train team members as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
