Job summary

SitusAMC seeks a seasoned product leader to ensure solution decisions align with the strategic direction and champion the voice of the customer. You will define Epics, features, and user stories, balancing capacity and demand while coordinating with delivery teams to meet outcomes.

With a strong background in UX, data modeling, and CI/CD practices, you will mentor teams, drive release readiness, and advocate for stakeholders across regions while maintaining a clear product roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 8+ years in industry, with 2+ years at AVP level or external equivalent.
• 5+ years increasing responsibility for product or service development with measurable value.
• 7+ years in solution design and engagement with end-user usability and UX designs.
• Strong analytical skills to identify persona/outcome combinations for business impact.
• Familiarity with backlog management, prioritization, and aligning work with strategy.

Responsibilities
