Job summary

SitusAMC seeks a senior product leader to act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, sponsors, and users, ensuring solution decisions align with strategy and that Epics and Features are vetted and delivered to customers.

You will maintain a ready backlog, collaborate with delivery teams, conduct user interviews, and help define the roadmap and release plans while staying true to the voice of the customer. Salary range is $110,000 to $170,000 plus potential bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years of industry experience, with 2+ years at AVP level or external equivalent.
• 5+ years in product/service development with measurable customer value.
• 7+ years in solution design with UX focus.
• Experience with data engineering and big data.
• Knowledge of CD/CI pipelines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Real estate experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product decisions align with the organization's strategy and communicate the strategic vision to teams.
• Assist in defining Epic success criteria and desired outcomes.
• Evaluate, prepare, execute, and deliver Epics, Features, and User Stories.
• Provide solution options balancing capacity and demand.
• Maintain a ready backlog with acceptance criteria aligned to Epics.
• Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for their needs.
• Conduct user interviews to understand customer problems.
• Prioritize work to align with strategic direction.
• Coordinate and participate in product releases and change management.
• Prepare and communicate release notes to clients or internal users.
• Create and monitor metrics to improve processes.
• Mentor, coach, and train team members.
• Other activities as assigned by manager.
