Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a senior product leader to ensure that solution decisions align with our strategy and deliver value to customers. You will maintain a ready backlog, define epic success criteria, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features and user stories that meet customer needs.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, user research, and scalable product delivery, with a strong UX focus and an enterprise mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of industry experience with 2+ years at AVP level or equivalent.
• 5+ years increasing responsibility in product/service development.
• 7+ years in solution design with full stack UX considerations.
• Experience with data engineering and big data concepts.
• Knowledge of CD/CI pipelines and software delivery.
• Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure decisions align with strategy and communicate vision to teams.
• Define Epic success criteria and desired outcomes.
• Evaluate, prepare, and deliver Epics, Features, and User Stories.
• Provide options balancing capacity and demand.
• Maintain a ready backlog and communicate Acceptance Criteria.
• Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for needs.
• Conduct user interviews to understand problems.
• Prioritize work per strategic direction and align releases.
• Identify risks and manage backlog dependencies.
• Coordinate releases and communicate release notes.
