Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a senior product leader to align development with business strategy, define epics and features, and drive delivery with cross-functional teams. You will own the backlog, validate user needs through interviews, and ensure releases meet strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 8+ years in product/service development with 2+ years at AVP level or external equivalent.
Minimum 7 years in solution design with end-user UX focus.
Strong analytical skills for persona/outcome based impact.
Experience with data engineering and big data concepts.
Familiarity with CD/CI pipelines and system architecture.

Responsibilities

Align product decisions with the organization's strategy and communicate vision to teams.
Define Epic success criteria and desired outcomes.
Evaluate, prepare, deliver Epics, Features, and User Stories.
Provide solution options balancing capacity and demand.
Maintain a ready backlog and communicate Acceptance Criteria.
Represent voice of the customer and conduct user interviews.
Prioritize work to meet strategic direction and ensure releases align.
Identify risks and dependencies and manage them.
Coordinate releases and change management; communicate release notes.
Create and monitor metrics to improve processes.
