Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a senior product leader to ensure solution decisions align with strategic goals and drive value for stakeholders and customers. You will partner with Delivery Teams to deliver Epics, Features, and User Stories while maintaining a ready backlog and clear acceptance criteria.

You will mentor teams, conduct user interviews, and balance capacity with demand to achieve strategic outcomes across real estate platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, or Engineering or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Minimum 8+ years in product/service development with 2+ years in an AVP level role.
• Minimum 7 years engaging in solution design and UX-focused work with full stack touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Align product decisions with organizational strategy and communicate the vision to teams.
• Define Epic success criteria and desired outcomes.
• Evaluate, prepare, execute, and deliver Epics, Features, and User Stories.
• Provide options balancing capacity and demand for delivery.
• Maintain a ready backlog for cross-functional delivery teams with clear acceptance criteria.
• Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for their needs.
